Drive members to engage with their care team and utilize benefits on an ongoing basis
MethodGroupe developed a body of retention work to engage with members at different points in their onboarding and member experiences. These pieces include brochures, self-mailers and postcards. Depending on the member’s phase in enrollment they could receive an onboarding brochure outlining the first 30 days of membership, postcards and self-mailers describing changes and upgrades to benefits and/or advertising individual benefits to promote use.
