Research shows that children who play outside have lower stress levels and more active imaginations, become fitter and leaner, and have greater respect for themselves and for others. Because of this dynamic, the US Forest Service wanted to create awareness for the benefits of visiting a forest or grassland and also build the next generation of conservation stewards. MethodGroupe was tasked with executing a media relations campaign and for launching and maintaining the Forest Services’ dedicated Spanish language Facebook page, as well as updating Discover the Forest’s Hispanic and General Market sites.
